Meet Our Dental Team

Shelby started working at Kell Dental Arts over six years ago, though she came to us with several years of experience in the dental field. Shelby graduated and started her career in the dentistry field as a dental assistant. Through her years of experience, Shelby has expanded her role in the dental field to being an office manager, and she has been managing dental offices now for over eight years.

Shelby takes on many duties and roles at Kell Dental Arts. From the bubbly, smiling greeter when you walk through the doors to scheduling all your appointments, to even helping out in back assisting. She will always help guide you in making the best treatment decision needed, and she is always your reassuring point of contact during and after all your services. She is also always monitoring the office messages 24/7 to help assist you whenever you need it!

When Shelby is not working, she and her husband, Cody, enjoy the outdoors, where they both are devoted hunters, NASCAR fans and fishers. They also enjoy snowmobiling, boating and going to their camper up north at Balsam Lake. Shelby and Cody sure have their hands full with their two fur pups, Lady and Avery, and now their young son, who is their new pride and joy, Keelan!

Michelle has been working at Kell Dental Arts for almost four years. She comes to us with over 30 years of dental assisting experience, where she is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is highly skilled in all specialty procedures such as orthodontics, endodontics, lab work and advanced cosmetic procedures, as well as general dentistry.

Here at Kell Dental Arts, Michelle takes pride in connecting with you and providing you with a positive and comfortable experience at each dental visit. Michelle also delivers pre-operative and post-operative treatment instructions, listens to all your dental concerns, establishes a clear communication to patients and team and ensures that all patients’ specific needs are met.

In Michelle’s spare time, you will find her outdoors where she enjoys fishing, biking, hiking and the occasional snow shoveling. When she is not outdoors, she likes watching a good movie and being with her family and friends sharing time, belly laughs and creating memories.

We also provide dental care in River Falls, Ellsworth, Somerset, Roberts and all of western Wisconsin and for clients in Lakeland, Afton, Bayport, Oakdale, Stillwater and Woodbury, Minnesota.

Sierra attended the University of Wisconsin for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Health Communications before attending Herzing University in Minneapolis, graduating in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene degree. She is licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota. She joined our Kell Dental team in March 2024, bringing with her six years of experience in the dental field. She specializes in in doing scaling and root planning, is certified to perform hygiene with lasers such as laser bacteria reduction and has airway background as well.

Sierra is originally from River Falls. She is married and has a dog named Keela. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her dog, working on stained glass, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
