Digital Photography

Before and after a restorative or cosmetic procedure, we take digital photographs to document your smile's transformation. These photographs enable patients to see their teeth from different perspectives, which can help patients describe what they like or what they want to change during their meetings with Dr. Kell. DIAGNOdent
Using the DIAGNOdent diagnostic laser, we can detect tooth decay in the earliest stages. This minimally invasive laser scans teeth with a light and emits a specific sound if it detects decay below the tooth's surface. Dr. David Kell can achieve increased diagnostic accuracy without X-rays and the discomfort of probing teeth to find decay. In addition, early detection of decay allows us to place the smallest fillings possible, often without the need for numbing the tooth.
Air Abrasion
Many patients who dislike dental visits claim that drills cause them the most anxiety. Simply hearing the drill's buzz makes some people cringe. Enter Air Abrasion, which significantly reduce the noise, smoke, and vibration associated with traditional dental drills. Rather than grinding tooth surfaces, the Air Abrasion tool spray a concentrated stream of abrasive particles to prepare a tooth surface for a filling. Oftentimes, anesthesia is not necessary.
Intraoral Cameras
Intraoral cameras offer you an amazing perspective on your teeth and mouth structures during your appointments.
